These terms cover your use of this website and making an enquiry. They are not the agreement for a build. If we work together, the scope, price and terms of that project are set out separately in a written quote and agreement we both confirm before any work starts.

Sending the enquiry form doesn’t create a contract or oblige you to buy anything. It starts a conversation. We reply personally. Please give us accurate details so we can respond usefully; we handle what you send us in line with our privacy policy.

The prices we publish (for example, “from” figures on our services page) are indicative starting points in pounds sterling, shown so you can gauge fit before you get in touch. Your actual price is fixed and itemised in a written quote scoped to your project, and it’s that quote, not this page, that we’d both agree to. We may update published prices at any time.

The demo sites you can recolour are illustrative templates: tools to show what we can build, not live client stores. The case studies in our work section are labelled demonstrations: our own worked examples of how we’d approach a build, not claimed results for a named client. Nothing in them is a promise of a specific outcome for your project.

The content, design and code of this website are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. Please don’t copy, republish or reuse them without our permission. Where we build something for you, ownership of that work transfers to you as set out in your project agreement. This clause is only about this marketing site.

Please use the site lawfully: don’t attempt to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities, submit others’ personal data without permission, or misuse the enquiry form to send spam or automated submissions. We may restrict access that does.

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and can’t guarantee it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or up to date. Any third-party links are provided for convenience and aren’t our responsibility.

To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
