• When you contact us: your name, email, and optionally your company, budget range, your current website address and the message you send via our enquiry form. We also record how you reached us, the page you arrived on, the site that referred you and any campaign tags in the link (UTM), so we know which of our efforts brought you in.
• Analytics (only if you accept cookies): anonymised usage data (pages viewed, device and approximate location) via Google Analytics. Off by default until you consent. See our cookies policy.
• If you become a client: the project details you share with us so we can deliver and show progress in your portal.

We use enquiry details only to reply to you and, if you go ahead, to deliver the work. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request prior to a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Analytics is used only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We keep enquiry data for 24 months after our last contact, then delete it, unless we have a contract that requires us to keep records longer.

We never sell your data. We use a small number of trusted processors:

• Resend: delivers our enquiry and reply emails (United States).
• Cloudflare: anti-spam verification on our forms, which processes your IP address to tell humans from bots.
• Our database hosting provider: stores enquiries securely.
• Google: analytics, only after you consent to cookies.

Some processors (e.g. Resend) are based in the United States. Where data leaves the UK/EEA we rely on appropriate safeguards: Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, or object to our use of it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email us. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (or your local supervisory authority in the EU).
